Management Trainee Intern

As a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic and challenging journey that will equip you with the skills and expertise to excel in a fast-paced business environment. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
Throughout the internship, you'll work closely with our experienced management team to develop your leadership skills, learn from real-world scenarios, and apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. You'll have the opportunity to take on various responsibilities, including managing a team, developing marketing campaigns, and analyzing business performance.
This role is located at one of our Mechanicsville/Richmond locations, providing you with the chance to experience the inner workings of a successful business and make a meaningful contribution to our team.
Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and coworkers
- Analyzing business performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes
During the internship, you'll have the opportunity to engage in some friendly competition with your peers, participate in performance incentives, and receive employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelor's degree program
- Have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
- Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related violations on driving record in the past 3 years
- Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Be available to work a Full-Time 40 hour schedule during the Summer Internship
