We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Resident Assistant to join our team at Empress at Laurelhurst. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care skills, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Observe and record changes in resident condition, reporting any concerns to the care team in a timely manner.
  • Provide laundry and housekeeping services as needed, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
