Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative and Predictive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled tasks to identify and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to maintenance and operations associates, utilizing technical software systems to maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Effectively interact and communicate with internal and external customers, ensuring seamless coordination with maintenance planning and operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously upgrade technical skills and remain current with industry trends, ensuring the highest level of expertise in automation maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in the food industry.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent technical aptitude, computer literacy, experience with control hardware, programmable controllers, and material handling systems.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and apply complex technical data, effectively interact with internal and external customers, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and schedules.
