About the Role:

Renewal Rehab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services provided to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement new programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed and registered therapist.
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
