Cibola General Hospital is seeking a licensed therapist with substance abuse credentials to join our behavioral health team at the Cibola Family Health Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapy services for patients, their families, and support systems related to mental health care needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals to assess client needs or treatment plans.
- Advocate for clients or patients to resolve crisis situations.
- Refer patients, clients, or families to community resources to assist in recovery from mental or physical illness.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to promote health, prevent disease, and address barriers to access to healthcare.
- Licensure in the state of New Mexico is required, including a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Substance Abuse Credentials are preferred.
- State registration is required.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Social Work/Case Management/Counseling.
- Hospital experience is preferred but not required.
