Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Med Surg / Telemetry Float Pool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg / Telemetry and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Med Surg / Telemetry unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and symptoms
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
