Our mission at DCI Donor Services is to save lives through organ and tissue donation. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us as a Clinical Operations Manager (AOC) to oversee the day-to-day operations of organ donation recovery efforts. This role requires prior experience with organ donor management and involves providing clinical expertise, guidance, and development to frontline team members.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as an Organ Recovery Coordinator with donor management oversight, a Bachelor's degree and/or RN/PA/RT/Paramedic certification, and a valid Driver's License with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements. The position offers a competitive compensation package including up to 176 hours of PTO, up to 72 hours of Sick Time, and comprehensive benefits.
This role is critical to providing guidance and development to frontline team members and ensuring consistent application and compliance with regulatory standards/requirements as well as organizational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be able to research and coordinate the implementation of new processes, procedures, and best practices aimed at maximizing the outcome of the organ donation process.
