Position Overview

Kids On The Move, Inc. (KOTM) is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the lives of young children and their families. Our mission is to empower families, one child at a time, through a variety of impactful programs including Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care, and our specialized Autism Center.

KOTM is currently looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to become part of our collaborative and nurturing team. You will work alongside fellow BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and administrative staff to deliver applied behavior analysis therapy to a diverse group of children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder across the region.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Utah - support will be provided for out-of-state BCBAs to obtain licensure
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Capability to offer constructive guidance, support, and training to behavior technicians
  • Strong organizational skills to manage work tasks and schedules effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Experience in developing and supervising individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy
  • A collaborative and respectful team player
