Qualifications

  • PhD in Chemistry or Polymer Science is preferred; candidates with an MSc and substantial relevant industry experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the coatings or polymer formulation industry.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing new coatings or polymer products to market.
  • Experience with spray application processes or coatings utilized in the packaging sector is highly advantageous, though strong candidates with a technical background in polymer or coatings chemistry may acquire this knowledge on the job.
