Companion Caregiver

We prioritize the well-being of our residents and employees at The Lodges Company. Our goal is to create a peaceful home environment where our clients receive 24-hour assisted living services. We operate 12 residential care homes, each accommodating 5-14 residents comfortably. Our 'Family-style care in a home environment' approach sets us apart. Key Responsibilities- Provide conversation and personal engagement to residents in your care.
- Support residents' socialization goals.
- Complete documentation as required for all tasks.
- Transport residents to medical appointments, social activities, and other off-site events as needed.
- Assist with toileting and changing as needed while off-site.
- High school education preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Previous experience caring for the elderly or people with disabilities is preferred.
- Experience in supporting ADL support is required.
- Physical stamina is necessary to care for residents.
- Must live out our company's values and maintain a values score of 4+.
- Must pass a criminal and/or abuse background check, and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
