Mohawk Chevrolet is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our finance team.
This role requires a strong understanding of finance principles, menu selling, compliance, and lender relations. The ideal candidate will have previous finance experience and be able to manage and run their own CIT. CDK experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, providing thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Create and maintain a program with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
- Two years of automotive sales experience and one year in a dealership management position.
- Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees, and finance and insurance vendors.
- Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends to achieve goals.
