ARC is seeking a Lead Software Quality Assurance Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will spearhead the tailored design of multifactor authentication (MFA) integration across various products, systems, devices, and networks.

Enhance and support ARC's automated identity authentication and access management (AAM) system and its associated processes by comprehending business needs and staying informed about environmental and system updates.


Key Responsibilities::

Successfully manage a technical QA Engineering team that embodies a strong commitment to quality. Actively engage in the ongoing enhancement of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Develop and uphold a test automation framework and process. Coordinate automated testing across diverse projects, devices, browsers, and environments. Identify areas for improvement, provide assistance, and ensure compliance with quality automation standards. Maintain necessary automated test documentation and reporting. Supervise collaboration within cross-functional teams and work effectively with all project team members.


Participate in cross-functional teams and multi-site meetings; ensure the seamless integration of the automation function in software test planning.

Provide insights on the feasibility of functionalities and the testability of ideas and requirements. Streamline automated testing across multiple projects and environments to enhance efficiency and minimize redundancy. Mitigate defect risks and conduct thorough root cause analyses.

Collaborate with Development teams to establish and sustain DevOps practices. Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for deriving solutions.

Review automation strategies and scripts to ensure alignment with project objectives. Assess scripts to ensure they fulfill project goals and departmental strategies.

Seek to enhance the testing framework by creating and modifying functions. Recommend necessary improvements to automation processes. Define and uphold automation standards, ensuring team adherence.

Provide automated testing baselines and Levels of Effort (LOEs) for more complex projects and changes, as dictated by project requirements. Break down LOEs and allocate them to testing tasks as part of the project plan.

Approve QA change requests that are accurate and adhere to processes, ensuring clarity and timely approval.


Qualifications::

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst and/or Engineer

1-3 years of supervisory experience, including leading large, complex projects and/or automation initiatives

Experience in QA tool administration, such as Application Lifecycle Management, TestRail, JIRA, and/or Confluence

Familiarity with automated frameworks and metrics

Experience in data verification and report testing, such as Jasper and Tableau

Knowledge of Data ETL and Enterprise Data Warehouses, such as Talend and Snowflake

Experience in DevOps and Test-Driven Development

Experience in testing within a Cloud environment, preferably AWS.

Proficiency in both functional and performance automated testing

Programming experience in languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and HTML5 is preferred.

Expertise in quality assurance methodologies and automated testing tools, such as Selenium and Jenkins

Familiarity with Windows, UNIX, and/or Linux environments

Experience in a fast-paced web application development setting.

Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvements.

Certification in agile development methodology is preferred.

A strong sense of ownership and a drive for high results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly developed tactical and strategic skills
