Bread Craftsman

At Panera Bread, we are seeking a talented Bread Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting world-class breads, cookies, and pastries that exceed our customers' expectations.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a passion for baking. You will work closely with our experienced bakers to create high-quality products that meet our standards for taste, texture, and presentation.

• Craft breads, cookies, and pastries according to our recipes and quality standards
• Coordinate daily baking operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and delivery of products

To be successful in this role, you must have:
