Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional drinking experiences for our guests at Columbia Woodlands LLC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify customer identification and age requirements
  • Mix and serve classic and innovative cocktails
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glasses and utensils
  • Make drink recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Open and manage customer tabs throughout their shift
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Stay focused on providing exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation
  • Computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
