Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of branch operations, encompassing sales, inventory, distribution, and customer service.
  • Coach and develop branch staff to achieve optimal performance and job satisfaction.
  • Nurture strong connections with key customers, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market share in the region.
  • Guarantee adherence to relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Control financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Promote ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior roles within the building materials or construction industry.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a successful track record of driving sales and operational success.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and profit and loss oversight.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the local market and key industry players is beneficial.

Salary Range:$170,000 - $240,000 per annum
