About This Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Caldera Care in Othello, WA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing patient-centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses to devise creative and effective treatment plans. They will work closely with the healthcare team to motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy or related field required; valid WA PTA credentials in good standing
  • Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities an asset
