Position Overview
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) operates under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver specific direct and indirect care to patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
*Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and more.
*Monitor and report any changes in patient and resident conditions, as well as any patient or family concerns to the charge nurse or supervisor.
*Engage in the care planning process to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
*Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
