Job SummaryStaff Seekers, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Dental Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in appointment scheduling, phone management, and financial arrangements for general dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for running daily and monthly reports, managing Dentimax software, and maintaining a professional and competent attitude. The role requires strong collection skills, a good sense of humor, and the ability to work independently. The pay range is $23.00-$28.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment scheduling for doctor and hygienist
  • Phone management and post payments
  • Insurance billing and financial arrangements
  • Running daily and monthly reports
  • Managing Dentimax software


Requirements

  • Seasoned experience in a dental front office setting
  • Ability to handle large cases and maintain a full schedule
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Dentimax software
  • Strong collection skills and a good sense of humor
  • Professional and competent attitude
