YOUR ROLE:
As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure atmosphere for our guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in line with our standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and reporting any concerns to management.
  • Conducting regular patrols to monitor activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintaining vigilance to identify potential safety hazards.
  • Responding to emergencies effectively, following established safety protocols.
  • Managing crowd control and directing traffic as necessary.
  • Upholding confidentiality in all matters related to the department and company.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED, with at least one year of security experience in a high-volume environment or relevant military/law enforcement background.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively resolve conflicts and engage with guests.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to endure various weather conditions and maintain a high level of activity.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and hazard recognition.

LANGUAGE AND REASONING SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret safety documents and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

CERTIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be eligible for necessary licenses and permits as mandated by local regulations, including a Gaming License and CPR/First Aid certification.
