Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Destination Coordinator to join our team at Frontier Hospitality Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events and group services at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Destination Manager in coordinating event logistics, including room block requests, reservations, and hotel inventory management.
  • Utilize computer software to create room blocks and new events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with hotels and event partners to verify room night pickup and reconcile event expenses.
  • Facilitate the reconciliation process at the conclusion of each event, verifying hotel pickup reports and providing information to the accounting department.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with area partners to offer special promotions and discounts to visiting teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, communication skills, and attention to detail required.
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Participation or knowledge of team sports preferred, but not required.
