Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Kentucky or a compact state.
- AHA BLS certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, for 9 weeks.
