Responsibilities:

  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including setting up housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.
  • Deep clean guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members, providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
