Job Overview

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Mixologist to become a vital part of our team at Squire Resort at Grand Canyon. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsible serving of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests.

Compensation

This position is eligible for tips, and the hourly minimum pay listed does not account for potential earnings from tips.

Hourly Rate: $14.35

Key Responsibilities
  • Process drink orders from guests and servers, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standardized proportions.
  • Serve alcoholic drinks responsibly, verify identification, and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory reports.
  • Maintain bar inventory by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
  • Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions.
  • Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems.
  • No high school diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times.
Shift Information

Evening shifts and weekends are required.
