Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. This role requires excellent attendance and the ability to work events as scheduled per business need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest sanitation levels for all items previously used, allowing them to be reused in clean condition, free from any contamination risk.
  • Implement M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
  • Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner, focusing on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
