The Role
As a Hospice Chaplain with Elara Caring, you will play a critical role in providing spiritual support to patients, families, and staff across diverse faiths. This role combines counseling, prayer, and support in end-of-life settings, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Daily Responsibilities
* Provide spiritual guidance and support to patients, families, and staff, including individual and group services, prayer, meditation, and worship opportunities* Collaborate with healthcare staff to integrate spiritual care into patient support, ensuring continuity of care* Maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to staff training and professional development* Engage in community outreach and education on pastoral topics, representing the hospice philosophy and mission

Requirements
* Master's degree in Divinity, Religious Studies, or a related field with at least two units of Clinical Pastoral Counseling* At least three years of experience in a hospice, counseling, or ministry environment* Board Certified Chaplain certification highly preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Estimated salary of $72,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, flexible care schedule, and professional development opportunities
