Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Mariner Sands Country Club in Stuart, FL.

The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our members and guests. This includes preparing and serving cocktails, beers, and wines, as well as interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Prepare and serve beverages according to the Club's recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, taking drink orders, and engaging in conversation.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assist with daily beverage inventories and ordering.
• Participate in training and service meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive member experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a private club, hotel, or resort setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, craft beer, and cocktails a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Florida Food Handler Certification.
• Florida Safe Serve Alcohol Compliance.
• CPR/AED Certification.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent reaching, bending, turning, squatting, stooping, and stretching.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Normal vision and hearing ranges required.
