Finance Manager Job Description

Pohanka Volkswagen of Capitol Heights is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the department's overall profitability and product penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive menu selling process to drive finance department growth and profitability.
  • Track and manage lender portfolios to ensure timely and efficient deal processing.
  • Conduct daily reviews of finance department paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and enforce proper selling methods.
  • Manage finance department work schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior automotive experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
