As a Community Escort, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of our residents. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

This position involves transporting residents to and from various locations within and outside of our community. You will also be responsible for assisting with the setup and breakdown of activities and events, as well as maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.

• Transport residents safely and efficiently throughout the community.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of activities and events.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
