Job Summary:

We are seeking a Light Property Restoration Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing light restoration projects, ensuring all larger maintenance tasks have been completed, and verifying that appliances are in working order before listing or leasing the property.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete light restoration projects, including painting, power washing, caulking, cleaning carpets, trash removal, changing locks, light demolition, and pest control.
  • Verify that all larger maintenance tasks have been completed and appliances are in working order.
  • Work efficiently to meet project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Report to the Make Ready Project Leader and Manager.

Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
