Compensation and Work Schedule

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $90,000. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales
  • Engage actively in community events
  • Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
  • Develop strong connections with clients
  • Effectively utilize lead management tools
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Open to feedback, resourceful, and intuitive
  • Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Show a strong interest in personal and professional growth
  • Possess valid insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them
