Mixology Expert

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hotel Albuquerque of Old Town. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, while adhering to nutrition and sanitation regulations.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge areas, including ice bins, shelving, and equipment.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve issues for guests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Certifications: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more, lift/push/reach for/carry 20+ pounds frequently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask, ensuring effective teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
