We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Technician - Lube & Tire Specialist to join our team at Monro Inc. As a General Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance services on guest vehicles, including tire changes, lubrication, and oil changes. You will also be part of a team working together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Perform routine maintenance services on guest vehicles, including tire changes, lubrication, and oil changes.
• Inspect and rotate tires to ensure proper wear and safety.
• Conduct basic automotive maintenance work, such as battery installation and brake services.
• Participate in on-the-job training and company-sponsored certifications to advance your skills and career.

• Automotive experience and a valid driver's license.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
