Mixer Operator

Minutemen Staffing is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating mixing equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare mixing equipment according to recipe specifications.
• Measure and weigh raw materials according to formula.
• Load and add materials into mixing equipment while ensuring correct proportions.
• Monitor mixing parameters such as speed, time, and temperature – adjusting as needed.
• Perform visual inspections on mixed products to verify consistency, texture, and color.
• Assist with bagging mixture and packaging for shipping.
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after each use.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with mixing equipment is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
