Job Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with our Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This is a PRN opportunity, allowing for flexibility during the week or on weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform direct patient care under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
  • A degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (Associates)
