Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Assistant. This role will provide support to our preschool teachers in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing instructional activities for students in all curricular areas.
  • Work with teachers to develop strategies for reinforcing skills and concepts based on individual student needs, interests, and abilities.
  • Monitor students in various settings to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Interact with children, parents, and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
  • Participate in in-service training programs for professional growth and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six documented semester hours per year towards an Associate Degree in early childhood education or child development, or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing a high-quality education to our students.
