Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or economics preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction, fix and flip, or commercial real estate lending.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately evaluate plans, budgets, timelines, and exit strategies.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, investment analysis, and underwriting standards.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High credit analytical and risk assessment skills.
