  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oiling and cleaning machines, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.
  • Identify and report any machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and understand production specifications and procedures.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with rotary press equipment.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use production software.
