Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at Elite Home Health Services. As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes and communities.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversations and emotional support
  • Assist clients with meal planning and preparation, as well as light housekeeping duties
  • Escort clients to medical appointments and other outings, as specified in the care plan
  • Assist clients with communication, including writing and typing correspondence
Requirements
  • Certification in Personal Care
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current driver's license
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
