Job Summary:

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and assembly machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production and assembly machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
