About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Wall Fabrication Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of fabricators to ensure efficient and productive operations. You will work closely with our production team to maintain high-quality standards and meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain efficiency and productivity levels according to plant goals.
  • Lead and facilitate daily team meetings.
  • Create and follow leader standard work.
  • Administer performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Oversee and ensure that individual tasks are completed in a timely fashion according to specifications and construction standards.
  • Identify training needs and communicate these needs to the appropriate group leader.
  • Control materials cost and maintain 5S requirements.
  • Ensure all employees are equipped with the proper tools to complete their work.
  • Maintain manufacturing production tempo to meet on-time shipping schedules.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of company safety policies.
  • Able to read tape measure.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience with wall fabrication and supervisory experience preferred.
Work Environment:

The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and physical demands. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
