  • We are seeking a highly skilled Epicor Operations Consultant to join our Enterprise Systems Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software implementation and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple software implementations via consulting activities from kickoff to Go-Live, on time, on budget, and to the agreed scope.
  • You will work closely with our clients to determine their needs and contribute to solution design and overall business strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying requirements gaps and developing effective implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted advisor to clients on system configuration and implementation
  • Communicate with customers to determine needs and contribute to solution design
  • Interpret requirements data and identify gaps between current and desired state
  • Manage project issues and coordinate activities with clients and internal team members

Requirements:

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with ERP Solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, and Great Plains
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client and internal communications

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to schedule for evening or weekend work occasionally
  • Valid driver's license in your state of residence and reliable personal vehicle
