We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team at IHC Health Services, Inc. This is a PRN opportunity, with shifts varying dependent on patient care, department needs, and the CNM's interest and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive health care for women, with a particular emphasis on wellness and patient choice.
- Attend births and round with mother/baby and antepartum patients in hospital.
- Work at the top of their scope of licensure, admitting, caring for, and discharging patients from inpatient care.
- Collaborate with other CNMs in a highly collaborative model, consulting and collaborating on a consistent basis.
- Current Utah license as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Certification as a Nurse Midwife
- Eligible for Utah Controlled Substance License
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- 1+ years of CNM experience attending births
