Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and validation payments.
  • Verify the cash bank and necessary supplies at the start of each shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket, and provide correct change for cash transactions.
  • Process exception transactions, such as lost tickets and grace period tickets, according to company policy.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth, free of debris and trash, and ensure clean windows and a professional appearance.
  • Provide the company's standards of service to each customer, including maintaining a uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, and thanking each customer upon exit.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school degree or equivalent.
  • One year of related experience with cash handling is preferred.
  • You must be able to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • You must be able to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and customers.
