Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California
  • Experience working with couples and families, as well as individuals of all ages and populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
