">We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team and contribute to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our buildings and facilities' infrastructure and equipment.
">- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement efficient equipment and processes.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for assigned projects.
- Manage contractor and internal resource teams during project execution.
- Participate in project startup, including troubleshooting and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
- Develop and maintain equipment and process design standards for assigned areas of operations.
- Apply Lean principles to optimize project designs and automate processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Key Qualifications
">- BS degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of building process and construction principals with knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
- Knowledgeable on building mechanical, water, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Must have experience managing equipment installation, preferably injection molding equipment.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by ongoing operations and projects.
