Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
