Job Description:

We are seeking a Medical Professional - Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and compassionate care to patients and their families. Work Environment and Hazards:

This role is based in a clinical office setting, where you will be exposed to conditions that may be disagreeable to sight, touch, sound, smell, and taste. You may encounter biohazards, hazards (mechanical, electrical, burns, chemicals, radiation, sharp objects, etc.), noise, infectious waste, diseases, and conditions. You will need to be physically and mentally capable to perform nursing processes.
