Job Title: Senior Oracle Developer

US Brick is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Oracle databases and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical projects in line with organizational goals
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle databases and applications
  • Assess technology needs and provide recommendations for multi-site employer
  • Coordinate and handle implementations and functions of multi-site ERP system
  • Set and deliver innovative IT implementation goals
  • Implement processes to protect data, systems, and applications from external threats
  • Follow all safety, quality, production, environmental policies, and procedures
  • Be a good team member, assisting others as needed in a helpful way
  • Contribute to team effort by performing other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT or similar role
  • Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • 12 years of experience in Oracle development or software development roles
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, preferred
  • 15 years of related experience, required
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time

Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting.
