Role Overview
As a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental, you will play a key role in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, utilizing the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, while also expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor
- Manage patient schedules to ensure comprehensive care and education
- Expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
