Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Quality Equipment. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inventory shipments from vendors, FedEx, and UPS
  • Prepare items for shipment and complete shipping paperwork for FedEx and UPS
  • Unload parts and attachment freight deliveries received via semi-trailers
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, showroom, and parts department
  • Assist in gathering and shipping return parts to vendors
  • Participate in perpetual and end-of-year inventory audits
  • Process parts shipments in a timely manner
  • Post freight to work orders or counter tickets as needed
  • Perform cycle counting duties to ensure accurate inventory levels
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with customers, maintaining a professional image, and establishing rapport
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with independence
  • Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Basic knowledge of parts and machinery
  • Ability to use John Deere Parts programs and other related computer applications
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends
  • Valid driver's license for potential driving situations
